Amebous Labs, LLC (“Amebous Labs”) is passionate about allowing our streamers the freedom to share our games and express themselves. To ensure that you do so fairly, and in line with intellectual property and specifically copyright rules, we have set out the following guidelines for use of gameplay, screenshots, and soundtrack from Loam (“Gaming Content”).
You may use our Gaming Content for any commercial or non-commercial purpose subject to the following exceptions:
- Specific permission is required for the use of any music from Loam outside of captured gameplay. The foregoing does not apply to use of music from Loam which is primarily focused on reviews, walkthroughs, Let’s Plays, previews, or commentaries about Loam. Similarly, such restriction does not apply to uses of music from Loam with promotional materials officially released by Amebous Labs (such as product trailers). Our focus has been, and claims will be made, on other uses of music from Loam such as (by way of example but not limited to) unauthorized soundtrack streams or content that is not about Loam or that uses the soundtrack for background music or other uses. In these uses, claims may be made.
- Use of any sound effects outside of captured gameplay is strictly prohibited. Some our sound effects are not owned by us, but instead licensed from a third-party.
- You may not post or distribute any sound effects from Loam separately and apart from the game.
- You may only use our Gaming Content which has been officially released to the public or from promotional materials officially released (such as product trailers). Please do not post spoilers which ruin the experience for others.
- You should include your own creative input and commentary on our Gaming Content. It is not permitted to make videos and images that just contain mere copies of our Gaming Content without any of your creative input or commentary.
- If you want to use the intellectual property of a third party (e.g music) together with our Gaming Content, you are responsible for obtaining any necessary third-party permissions.
- You are not permitted to imply or state that your videos or recordings are officially affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed or approved by Amebous Labs.
- We reserve the right to remove any content that we believe is unlawful, infringing, inappropriate, or not in line with these Guidelines at any time.
We may update these Guidelines from time to time. Please refer to the latest version before sharing our Gaming Content.
